Meridian's mBOX Automated Locker System provides secure, kiosk managed storage to simplify product pickup and improve customer experience. Customers can order their items online or by using a mobile app and schedule in-store pick up. Once the order is ready, an employee places the item in the appropriate pre-chosen locker. When the customer arrives, they can go straight to the automated locker system, enter their 10-digit code or scan their QR code and the appropriate locker will open with their order inside.
